Sales Person
Hybrid - Toronto, ON - Full-Time
We are seeking a sales professional to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth. This is a fully commission-based role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Qualify prospects and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
